Ensure the stability, availability, and rapid resolution of incidents for the DevSecOps ecosystem and Internal Development Platform (IDP). Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Maintain operational health and monitoring of tools within the ecosystem, including Jenkins, GitLab, and AWS services.

5+ years of experience in IT architecture and operations. Strong knowledge of Linux for system diagnostics and troubleshooting. Practical experience with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS messaging services. Familiarity with DevSecOps tools and CI/CD processes.
