Client Advisor (Partner) – LATAM Region

Key Responsibilities: 1.Lead Conversion & Sales Execution: Take ownership of assigned high-intent warm leads; conduct deep follow-ups via phone calls, virtual meetings, and instant messaging tools to convert leads into paying customers and achieve performance targets. 2.Client Fulfillment & Product Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle, deliver product demonstrations, and empower clients online to ensure they fully understand our product value, boosting product adoption and satisfaction. 3.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients; provide continuous product guidance, respond promptly to inquiries, and ensure effective, two-way communication between the company and clients. 4.Insights & Feedback: Synthesize client requirements, capture pain points, and escalate product feedback to internal teams to drive continuous product improvement and support regional marketing strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements: 1.Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese (HSK 4 or above equivalent) and proficient in Portuguese or Spanish as a working language (CEFR B2 or above). Capable of conducting cross-cultural business communication independently. 2.Relevant Experience: Customer-centric mindset with a proven track record in Customer Success, Account Management, Pre-sales Consulting, or Sales Support within the SaaS or B2B internet industries. 3.Soft Skills: Self-motivated and proactive, with strong logical analysis skills and a quick learning curve; able to multi-task efficiently and navigate cross-timezone collaboration. 4.Collaboration: Exceptional teamwork spirit and business-driven mindset; adept at coordinating internal resources to provide systematic and timely support to clients. Additional Information: 1.Work Mode: 100% Remote. Candidates must have a stable remote work environment. Must be based in Mexico, Brazil, or Colombia. 2.Compensation Structure: Fixed Base Fee + Uncapped Commission . 3.Target Talent Pool: Open to Chinese expatriates living in LATAM, or LATAM nationals with study/work experience in China.
