Support the creation and review of credit policies and rules. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform decisions. Contribute to the design, mapping, and improvement of processes. Work with data and metrics to measure performance and identify opportunities for evolution.

Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields. Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills. Proficiency with numbers and interpretation of indicators. Basic knowledge or interest in analysis and visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
