Elaborate preliminary designs to evaluate the potential of warehouses, differentiating operational and non-operational spaces. Maintain updated designs during project execution, adjusting them to resolve interferences with ongoing projects. Develop and coordinate medium to high complexity projects autonomously, ensuring understanding of project strategy and seeking alternatives for profitability.
Requirements
Professional degree in Engineering and/or Architecture. Proficiency in Autocad, project management tools, and AI tools. Experience in logistics projects for e-commerce and ability to read and technically elaborate logistics property projects from start to finish. Basic knowledge of complementary project disciplines: HVAC, electricity, hydraulics, automation, and multimedia.
