Core Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for LATAM clients, managing onboarding, KYC verification, and platform navigation. Build strong relationships with retail and institutional clients to improve retention and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

Requires 1-3+ years of experience in client support within the Forex/CFD industry and fluency in both Spanish and English. Must have a strong understanding of trading platforms like MT4/MT5 and financial market terminology.
