What You'll Do
Drive PepsiCo’s Digital Transformation agenda by championing digital tools and building digital capability across the FP&A function. Ensure delivery of high-quality Close, Forecast, AOP, ESP results by setting up reporting planning tools and systems. Own data integrity from FP&A perspective by overseeing end-to-end data flow and validating data to identify gaps and errors.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or administration. 5+ years of practical work experience with finance/business development. Fluency in English and solid FP&A skills with an interest in digitalization and latest technologies.
What We Offer
The expected starting compensation range for this position is 231,000 PLN annually (gross). This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on performance and eligibility. PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support employees and their families.
