Core Responsibilities

The agent will act as a Customer Champion by swiftly handling complaints and ensuring resolutions are followed up on effectively. They must also solve customer problems collaboratively and propose product improvements to reduce future workload.

Requirements

Candidates must possess at least two years of experience in Customer Support and be fluent verbally and in writing in English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese. Essential qualities include strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to go the extra mile, empathy, resourcefulness, and the ability to work effectively as a driven team player.
