The City Manager will be responsible for fully leading the strategy and execution for a key city, ensuring sustainable growth in orders, GMV, and profitability. This includes directing and developing multidisciplinary teams, designing commercial and operational strategies, and ensuring end-to-end operational excellence.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a degree in Engineering, Economics, or Administration, coupled with over 5 years of leadership experience in commercial, business development, or operations management, preferably in tech or startups. Essential requirements include P&L management experience, high analytical capacity, an ownership attitude, and proven success in scaling operations under pressure.
