Develop and update Information Security Policy, Normatives, and Procedures; apply controls from ISO27000 families and NIST Framework. Lead and support regulatory security adjustments, including BACEN Circulars 85, 265, and other applicable regulations. Implement security information indicators and metrics, including automation of data collection and analysis.

Experience with information security governance processes, indicators, metrics, and continuous improvement. Deep knowledge of BACEN cyber regulations, especially Circulars 85, 265, and other information security standards. Proven experience in supporting and leading regulatory security adjustment projects.
