Core Responsibilities

The manager will oversee the management of the branch TRANSCON department and actively develop business through involvement in sales and cross-border retention processes. This includes managing the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring department productivity and profitability goals are met.

Requirements

Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree or four years of related experience, along with the ability to define, develop, and document business processes and procedures. Effective interpersonal skills and good computer skills in common office software are also required.
