Core Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 6 sales executives focused on new accounts and monthly revenue. Oversee the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless onboarding process and high retention levels. Execute cross-selling strategies with Inmuebles24 and monitor sales pipeline health through HubSpot.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial leadership roles, preferably in SaaS, PropTech, or technology. Proven experience managing mixed sales and post-sale teams. Advanced knowledge of HubSpot or Salesforce for commercial management.
