Curate and validate the partner portfolio, ensuring the quality standard of published information. Organize a high volume of daily interactions with a constant focus on performance indicators. Conduct multichannel contacts via phone, WhatsApp, and email, using probing and argumentation techniques to maximize the conversion of new registrations. Maintain CRM and management tools updated with an accurate service history.

Experience in high-volume customer service or commercial operations. Fluency in phone communication and proficiency in chat/messaging tools. Comfort with targets and variable compensation. Clear, objective, and empathetic communication skills (verbal and written). Proficiency in Google Workspace or Office Suite.
