Analista de GrowthOps Sênior

Act as a technical support point for Paid Media and Organic Media within the Growth team, connecting data and systems to enhance demand generation. Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in Growth operational processes, proposing automations and optimizations to increase new customer acquisition. Provide technical support for communication flows and integrations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Hubspot, ensuring the quality of nurturing and conversion flows.

Bachelor's degree. Solid experience in Growth Ops, Marketing Ops, or Martech. Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools (Zapier, n8n, or similar). Knowledge of Digital Analytics tools (primarily Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager). Analytical and autonomous profile with the ability to navigate different areas of the company.
