What You'll Do
Map, document, and review end-to-end processes, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Apply Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies in data analysis and action plan definition. Facilitate diagnostic meetings and improvement workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Previous experience in process mapping and redesign. Practical knowledge in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt desirable). Advanced/Fluent English communication skills.
