Support the structuring and evolution of credit and payroll products, proposing adjustments for optimization. Conduct studies and analyses to identify patterns that inform business decision-making. Analyze internal data to understand gaps and propose product improvements. Map routines and identify process improvement opportunities, ensuring compliance with rules and parameters.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Statistics, Accounting, Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Experience with SQL and PowerBI tools. Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and generate actionable insights.
