What You'll Do
Lead the legal and regulatory strategy for Experian in Chile, ensuring compliance with complex regulatory environments. Anticipate and evaluate regulatory developments impacting the company, translating changes into action plans and risk mitigation strategies. Collaborate with commercial, product, technology, and operations teams on new product designs and launches, integrating legal considerations from early stages.
What We're Looking For
Law degree with solid legal training and relevant experience in corporate, regulatory, and/or financial law. Minimum of 10 years in legal positions of increasing responsibility, ideally in multinational companies or highly regulated sectors. Proven ability to interpret regulatory changes and translate them into business impacts and recommendations.
