Plan and execute the regional Customer Experience strategy to maintain high service levels and identify efficiency opportunities. Monitor budgets and perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to diagnose issues and optimize resources.

Requirements

Requires a degree in Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Proficiency in Excel is mandatory, with SQL and Tableau skills and experience in consulting or multinational companies considered desirable.
