Cross-disciplinary Controls Sr. Lead Analyst - C14

Execute regulatory engagement strategy for Market Ops across teams in LATAM. Evaluate teams’ compliance with regulatory reporting framework through broad-based and targeted reviews. Liaise with SMEs to agree on required remediation and monitor completion of actions. Produce management reporting on issue management assurance reviews and coordinate responses for regulatory exams/audits as needed.

5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or audit roles. Strong understanding of capital markets products and services. Proven ability to manage regulatory interactions and audits. Excellent communication skills and experience working with senior management.
