What You'll Do
Administer the printing server environment for Petrobras, including both onshore and offshore operations. Configure and manage printing software, such as NDD, and handle printer inclusion and removal. Analyze printing failures and correct issues using monitoring tools. Provide technical support to the SONDA N2 team and Petrobras, and monitor measurement tools.
What We're Looking For
Experience in managing printing environments. Knowledge of NDD, ServiceNow, and monitoring tools. Experience with servers, print queues, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with scripting and automation. Experience in high-availability corporate support environments.
