What You'll Do
Provide functional support to end users and analyze, diagnose, and resolve SAP incidents. Manage and track tickets within established SLAs, support financial processes, and participate in functional testing and solution validation. Create and update functional documentation while interacting with international teams and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience in SAP FI with prior functional support experience. Knowledge of banking and treasury processes, VAT management, Brazilian invoicing, fixed asset accounting, data loading via LSMW, and accounts payable processes. Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA is required, along with intermediate to advanced Spanish for conversation.
