The main objective is to ensure a functional, orderly, and cordial environment at the Buenos Aires office by providing reception support and managing general office purchases like supplies and food. Responsibilities also include coordinating building maintenance vendors, controlling essential supplies, supervising cleaning staff, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Requirements

Candidates must have completed secondary education, with tertiary or technical studies in Secretarial/Administrative fields being valued. Required experience is in Reception or Purchasing roles, and the candidate must reside near Capital Federal with availability to work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.
