Inspector/a Calidad Talleres Monterrey

Supervise the repair process of vehicles in workshops to ensure compliance with authorized valuations. Conduct random inspections to guarantee adherence to repair protocols and report any deviations. Provide direct support to customers throughout the repair process and follow up on service guarantees.

Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative area or Engineering. At least one year of experience in a similar role in automotive workshops or insurance claims. Intermediate knowledge of Excel and familiarity with systems like Audatex and Choque.
