Provide personalized attention and advice to Select clients. Promote and place financial products such as accounts, credit cards, investments, loans, and insurance. Manage client onboarding and support the acquisition of new clients. Encourage the use of digital channels to enhance customer experience.

1 to 2 years of experience in customer service. Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative areas, Business, Finance, or related fields. Basic knowledge of financial products and services. Proficiency in digital tools and customer service platforms.
