Legal Operations Officer

Monitor, triage, and respond to civil third-party information requests, court orders, subpoenas, and tax authority requests. Take end-to-end ownership of civil claims and litigation support requests, ensuring thorough investigation and accurate responses. Act as the primary point of contact for external public authorities and third parties, while supporting process improvements and onboarding new team members.

Experience handling legal, regulatory, compliance, or complex operational requests in a regulated environment. Strong written English with the ability to draft clear and professional responses. Proven ability to manage multiple competing deadlines while maintaining high quality and strict SLAs.

This is a hybrid position located in São Paulo, Brazil, requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office. Candidates must be eligible to work in Brazil as visa sponsorship is not available.
