Manage and evolve the payment portfolio (Pix, TED, and boletos) focusing on product performance, transaction volume, engagement, and customer experience. Structure initiatives to position payment methods as strategic products for account usage. Monitor performance indicators such as volume, success rate, availability, processing time, and feature adoption. Coordinate operational routines and transaction flows ensuring efficiency and financial settlement.
Requirements
Experience in payment methods, especially Pix, TED, and boletos. Knowledge of the Brazilian Payment System (SPB) and Central Bank regulations. Experience in product management or operations with a focus on performance, adoption, and transaction growth. Analytical skills for monitoring business indicators and transactional data.
