Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields with a focus on operations and process improvement. 3 to 5 years of experience in process management, projects, or operations, particularly in logistics or supply chain. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and monitor indicators, with knowledge of automation tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
