Core Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle global recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for multilingual AI and technology projects. Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and provide daily activity reports to ensure operational visibility.

Requirements

Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR is preferred, along with strong English communication skills and proficiency in sourcing platforms. Candidates must be able to work independently and attend mandatory virtual meetings in Pacific Standard Time.
