Core Responsibilities

The Data and Continuous Improvement Analyst is responsible for comprehensively managing operational and technical incidents, including registration, analysis, and follow-up to identify root causes and propose effective solutions. Additionally, this role involves creating key reports and indicators to monitor performance, detect trends, and facilitate timely and accurate decision-making.

Requirements

Candidates need a degree in administration, actuarial science, systems, or law (degree and professional license desirable) along with at least six months of experience analyzing incidents and creating reports using CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, or Admin tools. Proximity to the work location is also required.
