Act as a technical reference for client teams, supporting architecture decisions and SDLC evolution. Implement and adapt Flow offerings to each project's technical context. Identify AI application opportunities to enhance productivity and quality in software development. Mentor developers and disseminate best engineering practices and AI usage.

Solid experience in software development and production environments. Consistent knowledge of SDLC, including development, testing, deployment, operation, and maintenance. Practical experience with Generative AI and LLMs in software development. Familiarity with AI Coding, Prompt Engineering, and modern backend languages like Java, Node.js, or Python.
