Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related fields. Minimum of four years of experience in the financial sector, preferably in SME Banking, with experience in marketing and managing transactional service solutions. Knowledge of transactional portfolio, negotiation skills, and client relationship management.
