What You'll Do
Monitor equipment classified as 'No Billing' in the G-Print system, validating with responsible users. Validate, configure, and track the operation of printers installed in project environments. Address tickets in the SDM related to printer monitoring failures and correct equipment registration details.
What We're Looking For
Experience in corporate printing environments and technical support. Knowledge of billing, monitoring, and printer management. Familiarity with tools such as G-Print, MPS, SDM, DDU, and MarkVision.
