Core Responsibilities

The role is responsible for achieving recruitment and admission targets for postgraduate and master's programs by implementing the defined strategy and ensuring efficient operations and high performance of the Admission Specialists team under their charge. Key functions include designing and implementing the commercial strategy for program sales, leading negotiations with prospects, developing strategic alliances, setting commercial goals, and managing the sales pipeline.

Requirements

Candidates should ideally possess a Master's degree in Communication, Sales, Marketing, or Strategic Management, coupled with 3 to 5 years of experience in academic marketing, educational service sales, or postgraduate program management. Essential experience includes leading commercial or academic teams, managing goals and performance indicators, and handling reporting and data analysis.
