The HR Generalist supports international remote team members throughout the employee life cycle, focusing on policies, benefits, and timekeeping. They are responsible for conducting employee relations investigations and ensuring compliance with country-specific labor laws via the Rippling EOR platform.

Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish with a bachelor's degree in HR or Business and at least 2 years of HR experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and experience with Rippling HRIS or HR certifications are highly desired.
