Core Responsibilities
The representative will lead customer onboarding for new eCommerce clients, including Shopify setup and launch readiness, while providing day-to-day customer service support for order, platform, and account inquiries. This role also involves serving as a primary client contact, coordinating with CS and sales teams, and proactively improving workflows to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
Candidates must have C1/C2 level English proficiency and possess 4+ years of hands-on experience with Shopify. A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in eCommerce customer success or onboarding is required, preferably supporting mid-to-large businesses.
