Define, implement and maintain the IT risk management methodology, including identification, assessment, classification, treatment, monitoring and reporting for IT operations and applications. Consolidate identified risks, prepare management and executive reports for the board and clients, and present risk indicators and action plans. Map, document, review and improve IT governance and service management processes, including incidents, changes, problems, access management and service continuity.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Administration or related fields. Solid experience in IT risk management, IT governance, internal controls or compliance, preferably in infrastructure environments. Advanced to fluent English, capable of conducting meetings and preparing professional documentation in the language.
