This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide guidance, address contractual issues, and support business reviews like RFPs.
Requirements
Candidates must have 2-5 years of experience as a commercial attorney, preferably in a fast-paced, sales-driven technology or SaaS environment, demonstrating experience working cross-functionally with sales, finance, and procurement teams. Fluency in spoken and written English is required, along with comfort using and learning AI-powered tools for legal assistance.
