Core Responsibilities

The role involves leading the Operations organization's strategic rhythm, including annual and quarterly planning (OKRs), and ensuring the flawless execution of the operational strategy in partnership with the VP of Operations. Key duties include proactively identifying risks, designing structural solutions using automation and AI, and designing scalable data infrastructure for real-time decision-making.

Requirements

Candidates must have a degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields, coupled with over 5 years of experience in Strategic Planning or Management System Implementation, preferably within Tech or Financial Services. Essential skills include advanced data analysis (SQL, Tableau, Power BI), Lean Six Sigma, and advanced English proficiency for high-impact communication.
