Core Responsibilities

The Research Assistant will support the design, implementation, analysis, and systematization of information derived from educational evaluations and research, contributing evidence to improve educational programs and teaching-learning processes. Key activities include applying quantitative and qualitative research knowledge, supporting report generation, organizing databases, conducting descriptive analysis, and assisting with statistical interpretation.

Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychopedagogy, Psychology, Economics, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related Social Science field, along with 1-2 years of experience. Specific knowledge required includes descriptive statistics, familiarity with statistical/qualitative analysis tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
