Regional Sales Director - LATAM

Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support. Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Support R&D projects including data collection and ensure lab result accuracy.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience within the graphics communications or related field. 8+ years of experience with a relevant technical background. Mandatory negotiation skills and a strong ability to handle objections. Native/Fluent Spanish and at least C1 English proficiency.

Contractor position managed via a payroll intermediary. Travel and equipment expenses covered/reimbursed by the employee policy.
