InetumWhat You'll Do
Provide technical support at N1 and N2 levels. Create, classify, assign, track, resolve, and close tickets in the ITSM tool. Support and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments, and administer virtualized environments using Hyper-V and VMware.
What We're Looking For
Experience in N1/N2 support. Knowledge of Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMware, SQL Server, MySQL, and Zabbix. Basic administration skills in SQL Server and MySQL. Degree in Systems Analysis or related fields.
What We Offer
The company offers a collaborative and inclusive work environment. The position requires in-person attendance twice a week at the Berrini office or at the client site in SBC.
