Core Responsibilities

The Associate will take full ownership of the Partnerships channel, a key offline customer acquisition driver, by identifying, negotiating, and securing customer acquisition partnerships with aligned brands. This involves managing partnerships end-to-end, from ideation and contracting through execution and relationship maintenance.

Requirements

Candidates should possess 2–4 years of experience in sales, partnerships, growth marketing, or business development, ideally with a degree in Marketing, Business, or Economics. Strong communication, an analytical mindset, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and an entrepreneurial spirit are essential for this outward-facing role.
