Inbound, ACES PSE

Own end-to-end process improvement initiatives across Inbound functions, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodology and data-driven analysis. Analyze operational data to identify root causes of performance gaps, develop actionable insights, and implement corrective actions. Create and maintain standard work documentation, SOPs, and best practices for Inbound processes.

4+ years of program or project management experience. 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience. Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, project management, operations, logistics, supply chain or related field.
