Act as the focal point for training at Nano and Metro sites in the Southern Cone. Execute training programs such as Hola Llegué and Multiplicadores, ensuring success and proposing process improvements. Monitor KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement action plans for training programs led by the Analyst.

Desirable background in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Engineering, or related fields. Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools. Experience in KPI management and project execution. Knowledge of logistics operations and training.
