Accompany ambassadors in the field, providing mentorship and ongoing support. Conduct reports and follow-ups to ensure ambassadors meet their goals and comply with established KPIs. Supervise daily activities of ambassadors, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Provide continuous training and development to enhance team skills and competencies.
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in supervising sales teams. Knowledge of G-Suite tools. Own transportation is required. Experience in face-to-face sales and/or customer service.
