Senior Program Manager - Insurtech Strategy & Digital Transformation

Lead the strategy, governance, and execution of the insurance business program and projects, ensuring the delivery of operational and technological solutions. Design, coordinate, and monitor the master plan for insurance programs, ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, budget, and quality. Act as a strategic link between business units and corporate/technology areas to prioritize needs and resolve blockages.

Bachelor's degree in economics, administration, engineering, or related fields. Minimum 6 years of experience leading high-impact teams or initiatives. Proven track record in executing and delivering projects from start to finish. Experience as a Program Manager or Product Manager in complex environments.
