Lead robotics and innovation projects, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, timelines, and budget from planning to stabilization. Prioritize projects, distribute responsibilities, and monitor deadlines, costs, status, and KPIs. Manage stakeholders, suppliers, and regional forums, ensuring alignment and communication across areas.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Logistics, or related fields, with certifications or studies in project management or Scrum as a plus. Minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing high-complexity technological projects and 5 years in managing high-performance teams. Proficient in automation and technology concepts, including reading plans and diagrams, control systems, software, industrial networks, HMI SCADA, and technologies like conveyors, AGVs, and robots.
