Core Responsibilities

The main objective of this role is to join a team responsible for advising clients and managing projects related to the design and description of organizational structures, roles, PMO, strategic planning, organizational agility, compensation, and change management. The consultant will be involved in organizational transformation projects.

Requirements

Candidates should be advanced students or recent graduates in Accounting, Business Administration, or Development degrees, with desirable experience in Consulting or process improvement within management, HR, or audit areas. Proficiency in IT tools, especially Microsoft Office and Excel, is required for reporting and numerical analysis.
