Manage and develop a portfolio of individual clients, presenting financial solutions tailored to their needs. Conduct external visits to prospect new clients and enhance the agency's social framework. Support the training of Business Assistants, ensuring they effectively use systems and meet client satisfaction.

Bachelor's degree in administration, economics, accounting, or related fields. Experience in commercial agency roles or similar market experience. Active Anbima certification (CPA 20 and/or CEA) is mandatory. Must reside or be willing to relocate to Jardim Ingá/GO.
