Map team processes and identify productivity improvement opportunities using Artificial Intelligence. Design, implement, and maintain AI solutions (automations, assistants, agents, and no-code/low-code flows) to address specific needs of analysts and project managers. Lead the adoption of AI in the area through training, support, and change management with teams in each country. Define and monitor impact metrics (time savings, efficiency, and quality) to demonstrate the value of AI initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Administration, or related fields. Experience applying generative AI to solve business problems and optimize processes, with proficiency in prompting and configuring assistants/agents/automations (no-code/low-code). Experience in process mapping, identifying bottlenecks, and translating them into measurable solutions. Knowledge in programming/integrations (Python, SQL, APIs) and project management in logistics.
