Platform Delivery Specialist

Configure Hootsuite platform to client specifications, including Teams & Permissions, Planner, and Analytics. Build social listening dashboards and automated reports using Lumen by Talkwalker. Deliver training sessions to clients on platform use and reporting features, and support third-party Partner delivery network with training and QA.

2-5 years of professional experience in SaaS platform configuration, technical support, or reporting/analytics. Strong attention to detail and process discipline. Basic comfort with boolean operators and dashboard/report-building logic in a low-code environment.
